At Aliza’s Honey, our Honey comes from a very special place . Many of the bees that produce our Honey were rescued from homes and properties across San Diego County. Instead of exterminating the colonies ,we carefully remove and relocate them so the bees can continue doing what they do best - pollinating plants and producing Honey.

Because our Honey is Raw Unfiltered , it keeps the natural enzymes, pollen , and flavor that make real Honey so special . Every jar reflects the flowers and seasons of Southern California .
